Art Program of Sanur Village Festival 2009
For two consecutive years, Sanur Village Festival’s Art Program concentrated in paintings and sculptures exhibitions. In 2007, for example, there was an exhibition entitled A[r]tmosphere in several galleries in Sanur area, featuring works from some respected artist s from Bali .
And in 2008, there was also “Green”, an exhibition of paintings and sculptures of appointed artist s held in a designated venue in Sanur emphasizing on works that are inspired by nature and its preservation.
This year, Sanur Village Festival’s Art Program is upholding an absolutely different theme from the previous years. Some celebrated artist s are invited to display their works of art and artist ic activities in available public spaces throughout Sanur area in the Public Artwork Program.
